NYAN HEROES - Tokyo Map - Modular Buildings and Props

As part of the environment art team for the Tokyo map in Nyan Heroes, I contributed to the creation of modular buildings and props that helped define the urban aesthetic and gameplay flow of the map. My work focused on designing and assembling assets that reflect a stylized blend of traditional Japanese architecture and futuristic sci-fi elements.

Key contributions include:

Modular Buildings – Developed modular building kits that allowed for efficient construction of diverse city structures, ensuring visual consistency while supporting flexibility for level design.

Urban Props – Created a variety of street-level props such as signage, benches, Utility posts, lanterns, lights and other decorative elements that bring the Tokyo-inspired environment to life.

Visual Storytelling Elements – Incorporated small world-building details into the props and buildings to add depth, character, and narrative hints throughout the environment.

These assets were optimized for performance while maintaining high visual quality, and were used throughout key gameplay areas to enhance player immersion and map identity.
